The My Just Energy app provides convenient access for customers to view and pay bills, as well as access their monthly usage and payment history, all from the convenience of their phone or tablet device. To get started, simply download the app and log in using your "My Just Energy" username and password. If you haven't registered yet, don't worry! The Just Energy app also allows you to easily register and offers additional features to enhance your experience:

• Pay Bills: Seamlessly pay your bill through the app using your credit card.
• View Account Information: Access your bills, monitor your electricity usage, and view your account holder profile.
• Setup Recurring Auto Payments: Set up automatic payments through the Just Energy app, ensuring your bill is always paid on time. Receive app alerts when your payment has been received.
• View Bill & Payment History: Keep track of your usage and easily review your billing and payment history. Verify that past payments have been successfully posted to avoid any late fees.
• Alerts & Notifications: Receive timely bill alerts as soon as your Just Energy bill is generated. Friendly payment reminders will notify you days before your payment is due and when payments are received.
